BallparkThe outdoor grassroots training ground for football, basket etc. is situated at Boyum Camping, tel.:57693252.

Bicycling, jogging and walkingFjærland has 30 km of village roads, well suited for bicycling, jogging or casual strolls. There are farm paths or trails to 33 summer farms (none in use).
Bicycles for rent at the tourist office or at Bøyum Camping.

Escape the asphaltThere are 12 posts throughout the area where you can register your name. Diploma after 4 hikes. Contact the tourist office.

Glacier walksIn Fjærland it's possible to do a glacier hike on Flatbreen (1000 m.a.s) and on Haugabreen in Stardalen /Jolster.

Fjaerland Kayak and Glacier offers guided walks, Kayakrental, fishingequipment, basic safetycourse- kayaking on the Fjaerlandsfjord and on the glacierlake at Boyabreen. Glacierwalks with easy iceclimbing. Activities like shooting with arrow and beachvolleyball can also be arranged for groups.
