Mt. SkEidsnipa TRaverse

We explore the big peaks of Fjaerland and hike a traverse with tremendous fjord and glacier view.

This hike basically starts at sea level and goes steep towards the towering Mt. Skeidsnipa at 1438 m.a.s.l. This is a hard hike and you should be in good physical condition and don't have issues with heights. All the way up the view is spectacular in all directions. During the hike we are climbing three peaks, before we head down towards Supphellebreen Glacier and the trail down to Supphelledalen Valley.

Equipment you have to bring: mountaineering or good solid boots, gloves, hat, sun glasses, sunscreen, drinking water, food, snack, wind/water-proof jacket/pants. Dress up to feel comfortable in the mountain.

Important: You should have insurance that covers hiking in the mountain.
