This is a scenic winter hike adventure with glacier and fjord view in the Jostedalsbreen National Park.

The hike starts at the floor of Supphelledalen Valley, about 50 metres above sea level. The hike goes up partly steep snow slopes and towards the southernmost outlet glacier from Jostedalsbreen; Supphellebreen Glacier, 1000 metres above sea level. Here we can walk different ways leading closer to the glacier, before we head back to the valley.  The total hike distance is approximately 7-8 kilometers

Equipment you have to bring: mountaineering or good solid boots for winter hiking, gloves, hat, sun glasses, sunscreen, drinking water, food, snack, wind/water-proof jacket/pants, insulating layers. Dress up to feel comfortable in the winter mountain.

Important: You should have insurance that covers hiking in the mountain.
